More than just play, our structured sports camps will mentor campers of all ages in the life skills they will be need on and off of the field. From to collaborating to make plays, building each other's confidence and learning to be a "good sport" in the game of life will be part of your camper's summer!

Ultimate Sports Camp
This sports camp is perfect for campers who can never pick just one favorite sport. Get ready for a week full of sports action. Counselors will break down athletic skills and encourage campers to work as a team. Campers, get your game face on!
Exclusively at Wildwood
For those athletes that want a 360 degree approach to football training and skill development, this is the camp for you! Whether you’re learning the fundamentals or looking to advance your skills, this camp covers all components of creating a well-rounded athlete. We focus on sport-specific nutrition, sport psychology, sports performance and unique skill development through drills and plays. Campers will partake in team challenges and games throughout the week. Friday is game-day with a final playoff tournament! This program is for campers ages 8 - 14 only.
Exclusively at Cool Springs
Campers will learn the fundamentals of golf such as putting, chipping, pitching, full swing with irons and woods. Campers will spend time at The Clubhouse on the Cool Springs campus with over 50 bays and golf studio.
Exclusively at Oxford
Game. Set. Match. Take your tennis game to the next level and have fun with the game! At the beginning of the week, campers will be divided into groups based on age and skill. Campers ages 6-12 will work with our very own Sports Performance team to focus on specialized agility drills and footwork. Elevate your game and advance to new levels!

Aqua Adventure Camp
Improve your strokes, skills and techniques in our pool! Campers will spend much of their time in the pool, but if you love water, then you’ll love the water-inspired games and activities we have planned throughout the week! This camp serves as a way to strengthen overall swim performance, but also to have fun with different types of themed games from water balloon toss to art with watercolor.
